reboot your PC. then press F8 to choose boot options.

then choose safemode with networking option .then follow the instructions:

1)let the windows desktop load.press start,then click on run command then type: cmd.

2)a command screen will open.then type the following commands:

cd\

net user administrator  password  

remember administrator is account it may be in any name.password and  is password.
